Q: What can I and my pet expect during
the visit?
A: A consultation with our certified groomer, which includes an
assessment of teeth and gums, condition of the skin and coat and
inspection for presence of fleas and ticks. Based on the breed,
color and condition of the coat and/or your personal preference, the
groomer will recommend appropriate shampoos and necessary services.
Q: What happens next?
A: Once the proper course of action has been determined, your pet
will have the initial trim (this may include a shave, scissoring,
and dematting, etc), gentle brushing, nail trimming, ear cleaning,
sanitary trim, feet scissoring and pads shaving.
Q: And then?
A: Next it’s off to the bath, where your pet will enjoy thorough
shampooing, rinse and light massage, followed by a room temperature
blow dry.
